All services are subject to technician availability and regional coverage. Prices and promotions may vary by location and are subject to change without notice.

3. Estimates and Pricing

All quotes provided by phone, text, or online are estimates based on the information provided. Final pricing may vary depending on the service type, materials used, and on-site conditions.
Technicians will confirm pricing before performing work. Labor and service call fees are due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Payments

We accept cash, debit/credit cards, and approved digital payments. Payment is required upon completion of service unless alternative arrangements have been approved in advance.
Failure to pay may result in additional fees, collection efforts, or legal action. Returned payments or chargebacks will incur an administrative fee.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

Service appointments may be canceled with at least 2 hours’ notice. Cancellations made after dispatch or technician arrival are subject to a minimum service call fee.
Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis and only provided if service was not rendered as agreed or if a verified error occurred on our part.

6. Liability and Warranty

Saving Grace Locksmith guarantees professional workmanship and warrants all labor for 30 days from the date of service, unless otherwise specified.
This warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, wear and tear, unauthorized repairs, or issues unrelated to our work.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost keys, data, income, or access delays.

7. Emergency and After-Hours Services

Emergency locksmith services are subject to higher rates outside regular business hours. Arrival times may vary depending on technician availability, weather, or traffic conditions.
We make every reasonable effort to respond promptly but do not guarantee specific arrival times.

8. Communication and Opt-In Consent

By contacting us through our website, phone, or text, you consent to receive communications from Saving Grace Locksmith via phone calls, SMS, and email regarding service confirmations, reminders, and promotions.
