All clients requesting services must provide accurate, truthful, and complete information. You are responsible for providing necessary access to premises or vehicles, valid identification (if required), and any information needed to perform the job safely and legally.

Service Agreements and Quotes

Any service quote or estimate we provide is based on the information you supply. Final cost may vary depending on actual labor, materials, and scope of work.

Oral estimates are subject to revision when the technician evaluates the situation in person. A written or digital quote will be honored when provided and accepted.

By requesting services, you authorize our technicians to perform the work agreed upon, and acknowledge that additional hardware (locks, keys, etc.) may be necessary; you agree to pay for such materials in addition to labor.

Payments, Fees, and Policies

Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed. We accept cash, credit card, debit card, and digital payments.

Any additional charges (material costs, after-hours fees, emergency callout fees, mileage/travel fees) will be disclosed upfront whenever possible.

If you cancel a scheduled service after a technician has been dispatched, you may be responsible for a cancellation fee or a portion of the dispatched cost, at the Company’s discretion.

Licensing, Compliance & Liability

Saving Grace Locksmith operates in compliance with applicable Colorado licensing, insurance, and industry standards.
As part of our standard practice, technicians may request valid ID or proof of vehicle/home ownership before performing automotive or residential locksmith services. This is to prevent unauthorized access or fraudulent actions.

We strive to deliver services professionally and reliably; however, we cannot guarantee against every possible circumstance (e.g. pre-existing damage, unknown mechanical issues, vehicle or door frame defects, customer-supplied inaccurate information).

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Saving Grace Locksmith will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from use of the Site or Services — including loss of use, income, or other economic loss.

Our total liability for any claim (contractual, tort, negligence or otherwise) will not exceed the amount paid by you for the particular service under which the claim arises (unless otherwise required by law).

Nothing in this agreement limits liability for personal injury or death caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct.
